Online Auction Guidelines
- All Customers who wish to Pay Cash MUST sign up for the auction at the LIBERTY OFFICE, BEFORE 10:00 A.M. the day of the auction to leave a $100 deposit to receive your auction login info.
- Bidding closes at 12:00 PM on the day of the auction.
- There is an in-person vehicle auction PREVIEW 10am to 11am the day prior to the auction. Only registered bidders are allowed in the auction yard.
- You must have a valid Drivers License or government-issued ID, military IDs are not accepted, to claim a vehicle. (MUST BE AT LEAST 18 TO BID)
- A $100 cash deposit or online credit card is required to bid.
- The $100 non-negotiable deposit, will be applied towards the balance owed of the auction bid and is 100% refundable if no purchase is made.
- Resellers’ permit must be submitted AT LEAST 24 hours prior to auction close.
- All winning bidders will be notified via text/e-mail or telephone, payment will be required to pick up your paperwork and vehicle on the day of the auction. Vehicle pickups start 1 hour after auction close.
- Auction vehicles are sold as is. No warranty is expressed or implied.
- Liberty Towing reserves the right to refuse service to any persons or business. Anyone causing a disturbance, or not abiding by auction rules, must vacate the property immediately and will be banned from auction.
- DO NOT CONTACT THE OFFICE WITH QUESTIONS REGARDING SPECIFIC VEHICLES SCHEDULED FOR AUCTION.
