PRIORITY SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE – Our Parking Management accounts are moved to the top of the list and given special pricing when the snow hits.
You may redeem your vehicle 24 hours a day, HOWEVER vehicles redeemed after 5pm M-F, or on the weekend or holidays are subject to a state regulated "After Hours Release Fee".
To redeem OR REMOVE BELONGINGS from your vehicle you MUST:
Be the registered or legal owner of the vehicle
Have a valid ID proving you are that person
Have all impound and storage fees paid in full
A Bill of Sale will NOT work for proof of ownership. You must visit the DOL to have the vehicle transferred into your name to claim your belongings or redeem your vehicle.
